Having been a long distance runner for sometime now, running marathons across the globe. I am aware how much joy running can give and if done in the most efficient way how it can enhance your life and keep you fit both mentally and physically.
I don’t believe in generic training plans; every person is an individual and a training plan should reflect that.
As a coach, my job is to enable a flexible approach to training, by paying attention to how your body and mind respond to the training we set.

Would you like a running coach you can take with you wherever you go?
Someone who you can turn to for advice at any point in your training? Someone who understands you and your goals.
Once I have assessed your current training, lifestyle and I understand how and when you like to train, I will then provide a monthly or if you prefer weekly training plan for you. Taking all things into consideration, work commitments, family commitments, for ladies hormone levels throughout the menstrual cycle. Payment is monthly, with unlimited online or mobile contact with me though out.
